Purchasing natural pet products from BONE-affied Nutrition is as easy as 1-2-3-4.

1. Submit an Order Request

You may place an Order Request via the shopping cart, by phone or by email. An Order Request is simply a list of products that you would like to purchase. It is only an estimate, not a final order.

2. Confirm your Order

Shortly after your Order Request is submitted, you will be contacted to to confirm that your items are in stock, calculate your final total, arrange payment and schedule your pick-up date.

3. Make Payment Arrangements

We accept only cash or check upon pick-up or delivery. Credit cards and online payments cannot be processed at this time.

4. Schedule a Pick-up

Please allow three business days for your order to be processed and ready for pick-up. In-store pick-ups can be made during normal business hours or by appointment. Home delivery is available upon request (fees apply). Fresh food products must remain frozen and therefore cannot be shipped.
